Question: after integration my channel inventory was not updated.
Answer: one of the reasons might be because you did not initiate inventory download and linking. If this step was done, please keep in mind that it might take a little bit of time for Linnworks to send all the new quantities and prices, which is not instant.
Question: what for is the marketplace ID input field?
Answer: when having two or more marketplaces under the same channel, you are required to specify the ID in order to get the right data.
Question: how do I know marketplace URL for manual input?
Answer: usually it is the link to the marketplace’s management panel. Most of them that are hosted under Mirakl’s roof is using the same link, ex.
Question: how long does it take to get a new listing of the newly created marketplace?
Answer: we cannot answer that as it is being updated as soon as possible. If there is a marketplace that you need and want to be implemented sooner than that, please consider contacting our support team!
Question: why there are no payment methods to link? (general integration)
Answer: because Mirakl does not provide the list of possible payment methods. They have it implemented differently for every single marketplace, and we have no means to download it, unfortunately.
Question: I have dispatched 50 orders, but only half of them went through. What’s wrong?
Answer: nothing. The dispatched orders are being batched – 25 orders to be marked every 3-5 minutes. That means that having to dispatch all 50 orders might take from 6 to 10 minutes. This is because the Mirakl marketplaces have the limit of how many can be dispatched at once, forcing us to delay the job.
